We packed up our equipment and headed to the dance studio located at Stages School of Dance, in North Sheilds.
We used two Red Head lights, the Crane, the Dolly, and of course the Camera and the Tripod. We found it difficult to set up in the studio as we had to try our best not to get the reflection of us filming from the mirrors surrounding us, in the shot. This took a few takes of David dancing to get him in the correct position, which was helpful as he could then run through Ella's choreography a few times before we got started.
Considering we were working under limited time, I think we achieved quite a lot in our first session. We could only use the dance studio for about an hour and half, so we had to work fast. I think we will be able to go back and get some more needed footage in the studio, before our rough cut deadline.
