Tonight filming session consisted of filming scene from the narrative part of our video. The scene that were filmed in the session today was where our main character revels acidentally to his mum that he dances.
The location of the filming was our group member Bethany's house. This location was fantastic for the scenes we were shooting as it was a boy room we shot in. This created a natural look for our scenes and it would relate to many young boys going through the same situations. In this session we used red head lights. These lights were excellent as they have a very bright light to be able to focus on our main actor. Also using the red heads instead of normal light stops the footage from becoming yellow. We also used the normal camera and tripod to be able to achieve close-up, wide shots, high angles and low angle shot. Furthermore, we used the camera handheld to be able to achieve tracking shots shaky of our main actor. Below there are some photos we took of the shoot, the location we used and the equpitment used.
