Recognising Qualities

When we were put together as a group, we thought it would best to recognize who would be best at doing what. When putting our heads together, we shortly realized that Matty was the most creative with editing, therefore we knew he should be the main editor within the group as he had the most experience and expertise with Adobe Premier. Laura and Ella both enjoy english and therefore it worked well with being in charge of the blog and ensure everyone had enough to blog about and offer help. Bethany was organised. This would be important when it came to organising shoots and the group. She also enjoyed ICT and therefore she took it upon herself to take charge of the digipak and advert.
